Organic Aloe Leaf Juice, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Menthol Crystals, Cayenne Fruit Oil, White Camphor Bark Oil, Hemp Extract, Holy Basil Oil, Black Pepper Oil, Roman Chamomile Flower Oil, Cinnamon Oil, Citronella Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Helichrysum Flower Oil, Ginger Oil, Pink Grapefruit Oil, Juniper Berry Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Peppermint Oil, Pine Needle Oil, Ravensara Oil, Rosemary Oil, Spearmint Oil, Oregano Oil, Glycerin, Witch Hazel Water, Organic Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate.

AM Formula:
The droppers in our tincture bottle are graduated in 0.25mL increments up to 1.0mL. We consider 1.0mL to be daily dose, but you may require more or less.

PM Formula:
Squeeze the dropper and hold your desired amount. 30-45 before going to bed, drop the liquid under the tongue and allow it to rest for 30-60 seconds.

Everyone metabolizes cannabinoids differently.

For optimal results, use it consistently at the night.
